What happens on day 14?
Either you've kept the trial running (we charge the Maxi plan, 199 €/mo + credits) or you cancelled (no charge). No auto-upgrade games, no surprise tier bumps.
How do I cancel?
One click in your agency dashboard. You keep access until the end of the billing period and can export every client site as static HTML source code before you leave.
Who owns the client sites?
You do. Each site is yours to host, export, or migrate. We don't hold them — that's the whole point of the portability promise.
How do I bill my clients?
Two options. (1) Bill them directly outside the platform — Mini Agency only invoices you. (2) Stripe Connect (coming soon) — your clients pay you through Mini Agency and you keep the spread.
Can I fully customise the branding?

Who answers my clients' support tickets?
