Terms of service

1. Purpose

These terms of service govern the use of Mini Agency*, an AI-powered showcase-site building platform, published by Laurine Duchaud, sole trader.

2. Services provided

Mini Agency* provides:

• AI-generated professional showcase websites.
• Hosting of the generated site.
• A custom domain or a free subdomain.
• A 24/7 AI consultant.
• Conversation-based site editing.

3. Pricing and payment

The subscription is €39 (VAT included) per month. Payment is monthly and automatically debited. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

4. Duration and cancellation

The subscription has no commitment. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds will be issued.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered on a non-tangible medium where execution has started with your consent. By subscribing and using the service, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.

6. Ownership of content

You retain ownership of the content you provide (text, images, logos). The sites generated by the AI belong entirely to you. Mini Agency* claims no rights over your content.

7. Service availability

Mini Agency* aims to keep the service available 24/7, except for maintenance windows. In case of extended outage, users will be notified by email.

8. Limitation of liability

Mini Agency* cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, including lost revenue or data. Our liability is capped at the amounts paid over the last 3 months.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Bourg-en-Bresse.
